KZN Woman Brutally Raped And Bludgeoned To Death
A lady was brutally raped and bludgeoned to death on Wednesday in Tongaat, KwaZulu-Natal, according to paramedics. On the third day of National Women’s Month, this occurred.
Prem Balram, a spokesperson for Reaction Unit SA, reported that the woman’s half-naked, bloodied body was found next to the railroad tracks. “The bludgeoned body of a female was discovered under a bridge on Gopalall Hurbans Road near Gandhis Hill in KwaZulu-Natal on Wednesday morning.”

He said that a Reaction Unit South Africa (RUSA) member who was not on duty saw the partially clothed woman as she crossed the bridge.
“The Officer requested assistance at 06:53. Additional Reaction Officers and RUSA Medics were dispatched and, on arrival, located the female next to a railway line under a bridge.
“She was naked from below the waist. She sustained blunt force injuries to her head and face.”
The woman’s clothing, an empty wallet, and a rock coated in blood were all found next to the woman’s body, according to Balram. “The woman is believed to have been raped; however, this could not be immediately confirmed.”

Refilwe Moloto, who was visibly upset, demanded on Monday that the African National Congress (ANC) be removed from office. “We see him when a crime has successfully been concluded, that’s the only time he comes out to talk to us.”
Her request comes after the horrifying gang rape of eight women in Krugersdorp last week and as the ruling party wrapped up its sixth national conference on Sunday.
Refilwe Moloto criticizes how frequently she has seen Police Minister Bheki Cele on television in recent months as she considers the ANC’s policy conference and the beginning of Women’s Month.
She claims that this is a sign of how much criminality is occurring.
“We’re dying in front of them and they don’t care. We can’t go into another Women’s Month like this… they’re killing us, they’re raping us and the ANC just keeps taking your money… our money.”
Moloto was unable to contain her anguish and frustration over the recent Enyobeni Tavern incident, in which 21 teenagers died, and last week’s Krugersdorp gang rape incident, and lashed out at the ruling ANC, saying that South Africans were dying in front of them and that the ANC did not care.
