KZN Male Prostitute Drags Client To Court Over Payment For Services
A male prostitute and his client from Verulam, KwaZulu-Natal (KZN), are said to have filed lawsuits against each other over a payment dispute after services were rendered.
On Friday, the two men reportedly arrived at the Reaction Unit South Africa (RUSA) Headquarters, requesting intervention in a dispute over payment for sexual services.
One of the men identified himself as a Rentboy who provided sexual services to a man he chatted with online in February 2022, according to Reaction Unit South Africa.

He allegedly requested that R800 be deposited into his account before traveling from Durban’s south to Verulam.
The Rentboy claimed that he spent five hours providing services to his client, who owed him R2500 and has refused to pay him since. He had returned to Verulam on a regular basis after their initial meeting in an unsuccessful attempt to recover monies owed to him.
Prem Balram, a spokesperson for the police, stated that the client informed officers that the male prostitute had initially only asked for R800, which was paid prior to any services being rendered.
The client also claimed that their time together lasted no more than five minutes because the male prostitute’s manhood did not live up to his expectations, and he regretted not asking for a picture prior to the visit.
According to Balram, the client went on to explain that he has since paid the man more than R8000 as a result of continued harassment and unannounced visits to his home.
“The male prostitute denied these allegations. The two did confirm that the matter was being addressed at the small claims court however a resolution has not been reached.
“Both men eventually agreed to meet at the SAPS Verulam in an attempt to register criminal cases against each other,” Prem Balram said.
